Adfer is a lovely detached cottage situated on a hill in the village of St Dogmaels, one mile from Cardigan. Set over three floors, this cottage sleeps six people in three bedrooms, consisting of one double, one twin and a second floor attic room with a double bed, as well as a bathroom. The cottage also has a kitchen and a sitting room with dining area and woodburner. Outside there is roadside parking, an enclosed front lawned garden and an enclosed tiered rear lawned garden, both furniture. Adfer is an ideal base for a family who wish to explore this part of Wales, with its beaches and countryside walks.
Accommodation
Gas central heating with woodburner. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, fridge/freezer, washing machine, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent, further wood on honesty box basis. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own beach towels. Travel cot and highchair. Free unrestricted roadside parking level with the cottage, plus free parking in large public car park 3 mins walk. Enclosed front lawned garden with patio and furniture. Enclosed tiered rear lawned garden with decking and furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 3 mins walk. Beach 2 miles. Note: Stone steps in rear garden not suitable for less mobile, and children to be supervised. Note: Stairs to the 2nd floor are narrow and lead directly into double. Note: 2nd floor bedroom has sloping ceilings and doors leading out onto the bridge balcony to the rear garden. |
